It is cbt. About 50 questions or so... Objective and very few subjective.... Pass mark is 60... Read in between the line. Test is passable and also can be failed. About 7 people failed in my set. U have some questions from in house training and also from the consultants.

Asides the fact that UBA is one of the largest bank in Nigeria and of course Africa's global bank, opportunities are abound in terms of promotions and conversion of the contract status to a permanent position, you have to weigh your options brother, what am trying to say in essence is that, if the other bank doesn't offer any platform for conversion to permanent status....just my 2 cents bro

bro I do not have further info as regards remuneration after the contract period...from the foregoing, you have answerd the question by yourself...where you are...there is no conversion....even if its 5k increase in UBA ...I believe every graduate wants a place where he can remain permanently and have a progressive carrier....

It's for real depending on your contact person, though i didn't write it, i heard it was about customer service or so, after the test before the first interview..

where did you write your test and first interview?
