This story is hard to swallow. Man steals 450k...hides it in ehmmm.... fireproof speakerbox... then burns down house... hoping to return later and walk away with the speakerbox without anyone noticing. While the house is on fire...Mr Wu rushes to the police station to report his money is missing.... and the police sends a team to investigate.

I get your point. But you're under the assumption that family members cannot be professional in business. You only need to look around to see how such a business is flourishing and working out fine for them. In addition you get loyalty, something that is sorely lacking in non-family workers.
