I have used both my yahoo mail and my gmail. have searched the spam box and anythin searchable and none to be found. i still had to create new one this morning still same storry. Is anyone having same problem or am i on my own

go to "all mail" option in your gmail account and check for it

You guys revalidating, open the portal and attempt to login. If it refers you to the state of deployment page, fill it. Then it should take you back to your dashboard after you've registered successfully. But if it keeps taking you to the state of deployment page, you have to continue till it takes you to your dashboard when you login in. When logging in, click on the "already have an account" icon and not registration for batch A 2016. I just completed mine (finally finally) and I chose Kwara, Oyo (cause Ogun wasn't there) Edo and Enugu, respectively.
