I hope someday, I have the single honor of voting for Ben Bruce as President. We just need one brainy person to fix the mess called Nigeria.

I live in Finland and in this country, made in Finland products are more expensive than made abroad and still Finnish people patronized and trust made in Finland product more than anything else imported even though its more expensive.Wish same could apply to my dear country

What exactly is made in AbaAll I can see is cut and sew products that don't even have original design.Is d fabric used in all dis poorly designed oufits made in Aba?or d artificial leather used in d sandals?or even d cast metal buckles and clips?We need to break away frm all dis poo.What we need are industries turning our cotten into fabrics,our palm into industrial and edible oil,cocoa into beverages and cosmetics,crude into plastic products and allied chemicals etc. not all dis poorly trainned artisans wasting our fx to import materials for low quality products dat cost more in d long run.

Senator Ben Murray-Bruce who represents Bayelsa East senatorial district at the National Assembly on Tuesday gave his support to local manufacturers based in Aba, Abia state by promising them free outlets at his Silverbird Complex.

The senator also spared some time on his Twitter timeline to urge Nigerians to patronise locally manufactured products in order to reduce imports and thereby strengthen the Nigerian currency.

The Silverbird Chairman made the promise following discussions with his colleague, Senator Eyinnaya Abaribe, who annually facilitates the ‘Made in Aba’ trade exhibition in Abuja.

Mr Sam Hart, one of the aides of Abia state governor, Okezie Ikpeazu, who has been sharing updates from the exhibition in Abuja, disclosed Senator Murray-Bruce’s magnanimous offer on his Twitter page.
