Guys, please I have a serious issue and need help. I went to register in a cyber cafe, and succesgully completed step one (personal details). On getting to step two(institutional details), the details of the person that used the system before me was displayed, including his institutions, course and degree title. I was able to change the institutions attended to mine, but have been unable to change the course of study. I have logged out and logged in, tried different systems, and yet his course is still displayed as my data. Please what can I do to rectify this urgently? This issue have been frustrating me since last night. Please guys...

If it is age related issue that the exemption letter being processed shown, proceed to the nearest First Bank to purchase a WAEC PIN for just #30.0


After purchasing the WAEC PIN, click on the
option to change DOB and a pop-up window will be
shown requesting for the following informations:

1. PIN
2. Exam Type (Either May/June or Nov/Dec)
3. Exam Year
4. Exam Number

After providing these informations, you will click
on place request which will bring the exact date
of birth you provided for WAEC and will request
you to replace it with the one on the NYSC
webiste.

Note that there is no room for amending or
editing the DOB shown but just to substitute.
