Hello bro, can someone who has a cousin in same city as city of study use the cousin's apartment contract and a letter attached to it for accommodation receipt? enigma14: |
Re: Spanish Student Visas by 1andonly: 12:00am On Feb 27, 2016 |
ekechil: You might be making a mistake by doing that. There are accommodations online that you can get and trust me you will be grateful the embassy enforces that. When some folks told me how much they were spending in hotel rooms, I was glad I paid upfront and the only thing I had to do was to inform the accommodation of the day I was arriving. If you can get your own accommodation contract. |

Good day fellas. Please I would like to clarify issues about the Ministry of Foreign Affairs authentication thingy. For the birth certificate and Police Character Certificate, are you authenticating the translated ones in Spanish language or the Originals which are in English language? |
Re: Spanish Student Visas by ekechil: 11:24pm On Mar 01, 2016 |
No i ve not, still waiting for my visa before booking flight. WhyNa: you are to authenticate the english/original copy not translated copy. Akinology: 1 Like |

Egypt air is cool and you have to book early like 2 weeks ahead to get a good deal in the range of 140k upwards, the closer the date the higher the fare. WhyNa: 1 Like |

Greetings to all people of this house, I come in peace to seek an opinion on a what seem to be "dispute of knowledge". I am having a dispute with a friend about Spanish visa, he said a Spanish citizen can apply a visa for one who intends coming to Spain and such one will be granted visa immediately the Spainand gets an approval notification, that all one have to do is go to Spanish embassy with one passport to get stamped without prior and thorough interview. This I argued till exhaustion buh he stands still, so i decided to come here to ask the notable gurus and well adorned traveller with viable know how to help straighten out this issue. Thanks all. |

Good day guys, please I would like to know how much it costs to legalize a certificate at the consulate? Since the document is subject to investigation, is it going to cost between 60,000-80,000 as it is stipulated in the appointment letter? Thanks. |

Harmony222:That is a very wrong and untrue information.Anyone from spain(citizen or legal residents) who wants to anybody from outside the EU to spain must be able to prove he or she is capable of hosting the person or persons being invited. |

I just got admission for a masters program into polytechnic university of madrid. I want to pay 50% of my fees now, though the school said i can pay just a deposit of 300 euros, but i want to pay half of the fees which amount to about 2000 euros, will the embassy frown at that? or should i just go ahead to pay the full fees of about 4000 euros. 1 Like |

Hello everyone... First, I will like to first thank 1andonly for starting this tread because I have found it very useful throughout my application process. I got admission to study a master's course in supply chain in Zaragoza Logistics Centre (a partnership between MIT and University of Zaragoza) and school starts in Aug 11. I will need some help with how I can go about my accommodation for visa application. The school has no accommodation but have stated on my admission letter that "the centre will support me to find accommodation in a hall of residence at the University of Zaragoza or an apartment in Zaragoza", do you think is sufficient for visa application while I pay for hotel for a couple of days pending when the school finds a place for me when I arrive in August. I have contacted the school earlier on this but they advised that most students pay for a hotel for a day or two and use it for visa process as it allows them enough time to explore the various accommodation options before final payment. I will glad to have anyone's thoughts on this. |

why is this thread redundant |
Re: Spanish Student Visas by objifeanyi: 3:00pm On May 26, 2016 |
zendman: Amazing to me also seems like no one wants to go to Spain for further studies. I eventually had the chance to visit the consulate today on accommodation and they maintained I have to show evidence of accommodation as part of the visa process. Unfortunately I could not go beyond the gate, I kept relating my message to the security personnel who fed me back after he had asked someone, as a result it did not afford me much opportunity to ask if I have to pay upfront for the entire duration of my program or I can book a room for say a month or two, while I check out other alternatives when I get there. Guys who already got their student visas (for PG programs), how did you do yours - paid all in full or part!!! Any response will be appreciated 1 Like |
Re: Spanish Student Visas by zendman: 2:31pm On May 27, 2016 |
From my findings You can pay for just a month or even book an hotel but i won't advice you to book for an hotel. Did you find out about the amount for legalization at the embassy? Note: Make sure you have at least 3 million naira as proof of financial capability in your personal account before you apply for visa. objifeanyi: |
