I have read Ibn Ishaq, Sahih Bukhari & Muslim and honestly IS are just practicing Islam. Sharia for example. What are Christians supposed to do under sharia to avoid getting killed by devout Muslims? Pay jizya. Does IS do that? Yes. How about the punishment for gays? Throw them off high places to their death. Does IS do that? Yes. Apostacy? Whoever changes his religion, kill him. Does IS follow that? Yes. Adultery. What's the penalty under sharia? Stone the person to death. Does IS follow this rule? Yes.
