It's the title that is confusing

It means the EFCC has finished providing evidence against Metuh

Now his defence lawyers have cross examine witnesses etc

Does this mean that PDP didn't had cases to prosecute her campaign?

And APC, a party formed within 2yrs to the election was able to garner the financial strength to boost hers?

What happened to the fund raise that PDP embarked which yielded so much so that it attracted condemnation from the same APC and even some of her Intl sympathizers?

The truth, no matter how hidden, like the air will find its way out.
Somebody should please answer the question.

Closing the case means they've presented all the evidences they have. Next thing is for metuh to present his own defence. After that, the judge will give his judgement.
Not that they've dropped the case

Wait......i honestly don't get it......so what does this mean now?

It means that the EFCC has presented all it's evidence and it is up to the defence to disprove it and as well as the court to find him guilty or not guilty as the case may be.

When the prosecution closes its case, as the EFCC has done, it means that it has finished calling its witnesses and has tried to prove its case. It is now the turn of the defence to open its case and close it after calling witnesses and tendering documents. Next stage is closing address and then judgment. Metuh's case, though speedy, is far from over.

Since people like SK3NKI will not have patient to read a post before they jump to comment any rubbish. Op from the post where is it indicated that case was closed? Your propaganda will not stop Metuh from producing the yam he ate or even serving a term for the same purpose.
My brother i tire ooo for this kind news. I read it over and over again but couldn't see where EFCC said officially that the case has been closed.

oga, relax. U dnt get the tactics here, do u?

Olisa had no case... None did, except dasuki who knew where the money came from. Olisa and others who collected the cash had no case because it was said it was for campaign. Now, think abt it...if they were allowed to go on trial...the FG will lose.

So, the beat way to recover the cash is to arrest and bail...

Think abt politics...this is APC, not the senaless PDP!!!
