Well its nothing new to me anyway... That's how we also sit like that in Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto in some lecture classes but most especially for 100L because of different Department doing same course.

Its nt such a new thing.but what's annoying is that if its Exam the lecturers will make space for them to sit singly and comfortably. They pay less attention to learning than to examining. Way to go Naija .God bless Nigeria
