To be honest his prices seem high...but the gospel truth is that it's not his fault. The prices he gives are live prices. If you go through his past posts you will notice how the prices of vehicles have been changing due to exchange rate.
Last year a 2008 toyota highlander was going for 3.8million but now it's going for 4.8 million.

Na dollar fall cause am....The worst thing is that, the exchange rate is getting even worse. I usually advise people to get theirs as soon as possible before their money lose value.

Budget is not actual cost. We may get it below or above d budget.

The exchange rate had risen from 350 to 511 and stil rising.

If i give you low budget, wen u ready to buy and we visit the market, you Wil feel bad. It's beta I tell you the truth now so that you Wil plan yourself well.

NB. We going there together to check, price and pick your choice. If we get it below the budget, it's to your own advantage.

I quite agree with you. Mr. Tadeus is very open and honest. I intend doing business with him this year. Wether dollar high or not. I just need a honest and sincere car dealer for my business since its now a big trouble bringing in cars from USA. However, for a manual 1994 carina E to cost 900k is a bit too high. I wonder what a Camry 1999 model will cost!!!

Carina E is one of Toyota products that the price is always on d high side. The range was 700k to 750k before but wit current exchange rate. We can get it wit 850k to 900k or below 850k depending on d condition of the car(how grade it is) 1999 camry is around 950k to 1m now

Secondly, Budget is not actual cost, it's just rough estimate. Wen we visit the market, we Wil price the car together and settle for your choice

Also buying smal cars now with current exchange rate is little bit expensive coz Benin Republic custom clearance is fixed. For instance, if you buy golf 2, you Wil pay same clearing cost with someone that bought 2010 Camry


500k Cefa is fixed for custom clearing, security, battery and imported card. Approx 255000 conversion to naira

Minimum duty in Nigeria custom service is 150k now as against 125k.

255000k + 150000 = 405000 naira.

Now deduct 405k from d budget I gave you and see what is left to purchase the car.


With the current exchange rate now, the clearing cost favors people that are buying big cars.
