Misselocon:Four minutes. You can finish all the exercise I mentioned in four good minutes. Check on line for 'plank'. I don't know how to explain it. It will be kind of hard for a stater but the body will soon get used to it. It works lyk magic 4 flat tummy. 1 Like |

HateU2:I think you are blessed because some will do the above exercises in the said quantity, which I consider low, and still not be flat-bellied. Factors such as genetics, level of activity, frame, nutrition, etc. could affect the size of belly. |
Re: How I Keep My Tummy Flat On A Nigerian Diet by charlsecy(m): 7:29am On Feb 14, 2016 |
Misselocon:1. Start by getting into a press up position. 2. Bend your elbows and rest your weight ono your forearms and not on your hands. 3. Your body should form a straight line from shoulders to ankles. 4. Engage your core by sucking your belly button into your spine. 5. Hold this position for the prescribed time. --- 30DayFitnessChallenges.com

HateU2: What is "Plank"? And I heard sit ups if you stop gives you folds on your tummy. Can squats help the tummy? |

tiaraLOVE:What do you mean folds on your tummy? |
Re: How I Keep My Tummy Flat On A Nigerian Diet by Nobody: 7:07am On Feb 16, 2016 |
tiaraLOVE:I don't do sit ups. This is me in another moniker. Go and search for 'plank' on google. You will see the images there. It's kind of hard for starters but if u can be determined u will see the diff. Try it for a minute plus as a starter. Do it everyday. 1 Like |

Nice thread you got here. If you don't mind, may i contribute my own 2 kobo piece(s) of advice and share my little and deathly cheap experience I did find out that after miscarrying my second preggos, taking warm water with honey on a daily basis(as warm as i can tolerate) blasted my tummy faster and controlled my weight better than any trick i've ever know. Meanwhile, i was only taking it to heal my insides form the scars i felt the A&E may have left behind. I ended up been doubly refined. I'm a mom of 2 and got belly as flat as a board. These days i eat everything and anything i like except bread and iyan. Got no love. And when i start noticing weight gain of any sort, i resume my warm water and honey routine. For the ladies; if you truly desire a flat post-baby tummy, always suck in your tummy before conception. It'd become a part of you before you know it and your tummy will respond faster to any help you offer it when trying to get back in shape. DON'T do sit-ups, they seem to work initially but end up making ur lower belly fat even more stubborn to get off in the long run. Don't do diet pills of any sort, they are more than likely imbued with a lot of terrible assortments that may put your health at risk. Finally, dress according to your body type/shape. Thanks Op 1 Like |
