This na season of love.... He should show unconditional love.

Sujimoto was not bothered if Olajumoke could speak English or not rather he even we t as far as enrolling her.

If you can't show unconditional love then don't put the person on social media ridiculing them angry

Happy Valentine's Day peeps.
your english language is bad, first of all it is not put the person on social media ridiculing them, it is draw the notice of the person on social media just to ridicule him.

Not all writes jamb these days, DLC n part-time prog settles the score.
jamb has succeeded in reducing exam malpractices to the barest minimum with the introduction of biometrics and CBT test, results are also dispensed almost immediately, I say kudos to them, but no one seeking admission in to the tertiary institution can escape writting wassce/GCE. That is my main point, any fellow that can earn c6 or even d7 in Eng. Lang. Will write better than that. I think d7 is the minimum requirement to be admitted to a polytechnic.

HND vensus BSC.....I finished from a polytechnic and that a student from Yabatech made such blunders isn't an excuse for Ali baba(gcfr) to discredit the HND. That's indeed a cheeky way of discriminating against the HND graduates.......Pathetic.

Its versus; before some ewu nama nama will pounce on me for finishing from a polytechnic

Nope I am right, what would matter would be the context for what the word "applications" means. I could say "I need a date", which is a fruit and you might take the context to mean "romantic interest" when in the actual sense I was referring to a fruit.
Then for a clearer understanding from the audience incase you are giving a talk, you must add the fruit.

Also remember many will enroll at some center where the answers will be written for them on the chalk board. I can only say jamb is the only effective exams for now when talking about ssce n jamb.

His/Her spoken English is not a Nigerian English, let alone of calling it a standard English. That person needs to improve on his/her spoken English. I won't abuse any school because, his/her type are scattered in all institutions in Nigeria.

we are on the same page, when answers are written on chalk board for you to pass, you didn't earn the grade. Waec needs to start fashioning ways to also reduce such exam malpractices. Jamb used to be worse some few years ago, results are not released until 6-7 months after exams, and scores are padded.

With all due respect alibaba was just being petty.

The higher institution one attends does not determine one's proficiency in the use of English language.

PEJ ALSO GRADUATED FROM uniport, does that mean uniport is filled with dullards?.

But the guy self fall we yabatech graduates hand ooo.

Lmaooo. As if it's a generally known statement of fact that GEJ is a dullard. Lool.

Actually it's a concern the increase of anti-intellectuaism is a great one. The brain-drain is getting serious.

My retired mum teaches English in Yaba tech and she always sad when marking sceipts, I looked at some scripts and mehn terrible terrible English. Yes ali baba made some errors but those errors are manageable but not sure if its a Yaba tech thing because alot of the scripts had bad English. Now I understand there's difference between unemployment and unemployability

Thanks adding you to the list. But though I was so sure that people would have been smart enough to know that "e" comes close to "r" on a qwerty keyboard thus the error, but that's no justification , correction I must make.

You see what I mean when I say people should try to convey their words in a proper fashion. Now this young man may have lost an opportunity, all because he couldn't express himself well enough formally. When you see so called graduates asking you "wot is ur name" you know their parents' investment in their education was a wasted effort.
