No there is nothing wrong with it at all. It shows she is trying to be safe and protect herself from STIs and pregnancy which is a wise thing to do. Besides a lot of guys carry condoms in their wallets so I see no reason why a woman shouldn't also carry condoms in her bag if she wants to.
