The money is in Manchester United's piggy bank. I don't see why it should bother the fans that much. £140m is realistic for Neymar Jr. The club need players that can run a one-man riot, something out of nothing kind of guys. Nani and Angel di Maria could have been just that competing on both wings, foolishness gave them away for nothing. It wouldn't hurt to have several.
