Usually a couple of documents defines your make-up. Apart from the aforementioned, you may consider your:
Birth Certificate
Certificate of Origin
First School Leaving Certificate
O'Level Result (Original)
Other form of identification (like PVC, Driver's License, Int'l Passport, etc)
Even HIV Status ()

Although all of these may not have been specified. But if you have been used to some sort of clearance, you'll understand that sometimes these extra documents can come in handy.

I don't know why most of us are still missing the big picture about the whole call up thing...Some people had what I call reasonable call up numbers with most starting with 00...Some have 21..which is on the high side due to the number of submits...NYSC took time in sending call up nos to some people...those that have the same with what is on their green card should know that's their call up number...Most people that have different numbers should check their green cards and u will see that the numbers are on the high side higher than what was sent to u...disregard what is on the green card and hold on to what was sent...to avoid confusion that was why NYSC told us to reprint green cards again today...Most people that have similar ones are liable to meet same thing..few might be changed...but if you have same thing and you've seen your letter...start to prepare...Some might be changed too...

From my Observation, the short one seem to be dominant.

I think you may not want to go out of the convention. I recommend you go for BYC or CHASE or EXPANSION 3-in-1 white shirt. Its price varies between N1200 to N2000.

At least, 30th March is still away to enable you plan for this and do it right.

Bros u no get tortoise neck as well,just kidding but I think the white round neck is a uniform kinda wear that NYSC has adopted nd wants for d orientation course ,so no turtle or 'clutch' neck is allowed

I don't think it has any implication,what NYSC needs is d dates,so u dnt say u finishd Second sch by 2013 nd you graduated 2015,they just wanna monitor d dates against ur date of birth and date of graduation,nothing serious in my opinion
