Good morning fellow Nairalanders.

MTN has been stealing from me for a while but this particular one is high and surprising.

My initial BBC subscription was to expire on Jan 31, but I was told I have reached the fair usage like a week ago. On Friday 29th I cancel the previous subscription and subscribed for another, to my surprise just 1 hour 13mins after, I received a message that the subscription has expired. The last time I called there customer care, the guy that answered said the matter is resolved and I should go and do another subscription (meaning my #1000 is gone oo).

Please Lalasticlala, JideSM, Tayoccu, dragnet, honsule, puskin and other Nlders come and see o. Help me oooo

MTN refunds my money today, after 21 days, thanks to JIDESM.

Same here.I think MTN has seen another avenue to dupe unsuspecting Nigerians.I got Mtn better me plan for 2k yesterday only for tge data to dissappear today.I bought the data for something important.I won't even buy a kobo airtime incase they think i will resubscribe.I'm looking for how to report them to Ncc.

I doubt if they'll refund your money. All they'll say is "we are sorry for the inconveniences".

At Edo camp (stream 1), they didn't give anybody green card, and some platoon leader also made people to pay the money, but a lady at Niger camp was given green card, so it all depends on the officials. But it is safer to pay the money to avoid stress, it is an "organized robbery" just like MTN is stealing money anyhow.
