Good Morning House

its very quiet these days o!

I had my weekly weigh in this morning and lost 1.3kg Yay!! grin

Those wraps really helped

I was naughty too and I finished a pack of oreo biscuits during the week embarassed

I also had a full English Breakfast without the toast on Saturday.

I like posting the naughty things I have so that people can see that you can still "live" and loose weight.

They are currently on special offer for £1

Well done everyone .. I also weighed myself this Monday and I have not added or lost any weight.

My waist is 1 inch smaller though.


Just keep trudging on. The best approach is to view as a lifestyle change and not to give up even when the scale does not move on some weeks.

"hi, I enjoyed your article. Very detailed and insightful. I am not fat, just fighting belly fat after my last baby which I had more than a year ago. But I discovered something which I will share hoping it will help somoone. My neighbour has 3 kids , yet blessed with a flat tommy so I ask how she did it. She said she stopped eating eba because it is heavy and does not digest easily, so she replaced eba with lafun ( while amala) . which turns to water a few hours after consumption. Ever since, I had a breakthrough with belly fat reduction. in addition to that, I eat lot of ugwu which helps to detoxify wastes in my body. Then I try to eat fruits at night as it helps clear my bowels in d morning. I stopped eating fried foods, replaced meat with fish, replaced butter and sugar with honey. weigh in today =68.5

Actually, my scale is in pounds.

My start weight was 153.4lbs
my weight today is 151.2ibs
so i have lost 2.2lbs

Sadly I gained during the last 2 weeks of January and actually went up to 70kg cry but i've got back on the wagon and now trying to make healthier food choices so dropped to 68.5kg this week.

I will weigh in again next monday.
