The Words I Never Say

Mom,
Why you look so small
Since when did your hands become so rough
you've missed me everyday
as i am far accross the ocean,
Fighting for dream, to give it to you someday

Mom,
Please eat well, please don't get sick
please don't work too hard, please don't lie that you're doing good
Cause your voice is my only strength
To stand still, no matter what life would bring

Mom,
We have never said 'i love you' to each other
We rarely hug one another
you love me in your own way
but still, i wonder how mom's hug would feel like
caring for me is just enough
Cause i know we've become so much alike

mom,
I'd said it a countless time
In my head but never to you,
' i love you , i love you, i love you '. Your soldier son

Oh. Ur at the war front, u could still send it to her in a letter or at least write it down in a diary. What if the inevitable happens, would u like for her to never know of ur love for her?
*Good job soldier, God bless you guys that are fighting for the country
