Unfortunately, i don't think you got a better choice bro except u decide to ship it via Sea. Yet d price is still almost same. That's the disadvantage of shipping from USA unlike China. I Paid similar amount when I bought mine this January. Transport took roughly 60k. The Printer is large though at 60lbs using dimensional weight coz that's d weight you'll be billed with. I will advise you to use Midasshipping, they charge around $3.8/lbs & accept PayPal payment at an extra 7%. That's one of d cheapest rates you can get using Nigerian Shippers.
I won't advise you to use Amazon International shipping due to other cost you might incure like Customs duty. All in all, The choice is yours to make.

Send it to a US based shipping company. Then they can forward it to you either by air cargo (about $4/lb 2 week to lagos) or by sea shipment ($1/lb 2months to lagos).
