Are the pictures stored on your SD card, if yes, your SD card is likely to be corrupt;and if No.. trying force stopping every running application on your phone then switch your phone off and on it back;it should do. You can do the latter first, if you've got SD card.

Guys anybody ported to d zen ui

Hello people! Whenever I charge my Hot 2 with a power bank, the power bank goes off at 89%, what could be causing that and how can I rectify it?

if my sd card z corrupt, pls how do I clean it without loosing my datas?

guys I can't access my files when I plug my hot 2 to my system, it doesn't show on my system( I.e my laptop doesn't detect my phone anymore) have tried different cords, laptops, to no avail. I can't even see the USB options again where I can switch from "charge only" to other options. this started since I upgraded to marshmallow. any help? some said I should tap my build option 7 times and enable USB debugging, still nothing I'm getting frustrated. pls

use another USB cord, it also happens to me

Mine did that at 98%... Think the power bank stops charging because the phone is telling it that it's full. It however charged with it's charger to 100% when I couldn't charge it with my power bank

Pls help with my question my incoming call dosent show on the screen the phone just rings until register as missed call. But if I can press the phone icon while ring I wld press return to call in progress then I can answer the call .what shld I do pls
