mamas help oooo! i hv been down for 2day now catarrh nd cought .i was in the hospital for my baby yersterday spent huge amount cos i insisted in going to paediatric hos. thank. God she is responding. pls she is having same nd the wheather is hot,if fan is on we will start coughing if is not on we will not sleep. chia!

Gudday mamas,abeg,au r we copin wit our Lo in dis hot weather..

I really dont get to feel d heat much cos we stay on d upper floor n am also using inverter.since its me n baby at home presently i only use d room with one bulb n one fan.my inverter can last 18hrs non stop so we dont get to feel much heat lik dat.

Good evening mothers. Pls help !! This is urgen . My 1 year and three weeks LO has been stooling since yesterda . Its really watery , just today we have used 6 diapers. Her caregiver asked me to get her ORs water which I did. I got back from d pharmacy and she said the one I got isn't d one she recommend that d one she asked me to buy is just a hundred naira. So I went back to another pharmacy to look for that one . she took part of it, this evening wen I picked her up, I was informed that shes still stooling so when I got home, I administered d one I got in d mornin . She's sleeping now. I just want to know if there is any other thing I can do to make her feel better by tomorrow. This is d one I gave her this evenin . The one that was GIven to her in d creche is lyk a sachet of colored water

@mimzy,sorry about your baby, when it happened to my son,he was given antibiotics injection and drug at the hospital and it stopped. doctor said its caused by al what babies put in their mouth at this stage. pls follow your dr's advice and if there is no improvement seek another dr's opinion. I just cant understand the fuss amongst we naija people over babies sitting or not sitting... That's how a friend was bragging to me that her baby was sitting at 2 months which of course is impossible. The picture I saw had the child propped up against pillows.half lying down as a matter of fact... Is that sitting biko

For my sons I was too overwhelmed by life to even remember say pikin suppose sit at one time or the other. When they were ready they sat themselves grin

I gave her d ors again toda . I'm about to pick her up. If I talk to her caregiver and she says there was no improvement then I'll take her to d hospital first thing tomorrow. Thanks a lot

I'm bout to pick her up ma. So I'll find out if she improved today. The creche is very very neat and her caregiver takes care of her utensils,she's still using a bottle, that's another major challenge. At home, I wash them again and sterilize. If her condition hasn't improved, ill take her to d hospital first thing tomorrow. Thanks a lot ma

My boy is 4 months nw, I started sitin him as soon as he clocks 4 months, he s tryin though not fully. Heard girls can start sitin as from 3 months.

Pls mothers residing in lagos or Anambra, do u no Where I can get okirika(OK) baby carrier precisely. Wich particular market can I go n look 4 it pls

You can start from 3-4 months depending on you, your child and your tribe.
Yorubas sit their boys from 5 months and girls 3 months.
Igbos, I heard sit both from 3 months.

Dont hurry your child, your cue is neck control. Once his neck stands right and he can lift himself with his neck and arm when you lie him chest down, the next step is sitting.

Same troubling qeustion I have. My lo sweats at any given opportunity and cries a lot when he is hot, so frustrating. I am already using my fan all night pending when Hubby buys an air conditioner. I also noticed last night that his diaper isn't as wet as it should be.
