Orente21: Hello orente21 I'll answer buttoms-up Abddominal cramps and sore nipples, its a normal experience which is usually caused by sexual needs(look up 'pink balls' if its fits your complaint) and hormonal changes respectively. With clomid, there's a higher chance you ovulated. Temperature hike? Wouldn't place too much emphasis on that. Stretchy CM? I say this with no tongue in cheek, you have to pump the brakes on the research. Sometimes less is more. And your anxiety would feed off your uncertainty or skepticism. Spinnbarkeit is what you are trying to describe and its also one of the qualities we look for in CM. Its not the sole determinant of a Healthy CM. From your above description I can tell you your CM is ok. |

Rukkington: About your friend, were her result gotten from a notable lab? Right abdominal cramp? The causes are many, could be gynaecological or not. Take paracetamol and see if it subsides. Do not use ibuprofen or any other sort of pain killer. CD8 is too soon. Start 11. |

Rukkington: True that.(in respect to your 24days cycle) Alright, commence application/baby making from CD 9. Use up all 9 applicators(if that's the amount in your pack). Meaning you'll be done by CD 17. My regards to your DH, the task ahead is daunting but I trust he's prepared. 1 Like |

Re: Doctor In The House:Obstetrics And Gynecology by Baxilexi(m): 9:41am On Feb 17, 2016 |
lilyspringamour: Hello lilyspringamour Are you a known typhoid patient? I wouldn't use widal as the sole diagnostic test for typhoid. Moreover 1:80 is not significant. Did you do a full blood count? I'll concern myself more with the MP. Goto your neighbourhood pharmacy. Purchase; an affordable ACT (amatem or coartem, or artesunate combo, or p-alaxin) take as order by the pharmacist. Don't forget to mention any adverse drug reaction to any antimalarial? Get fansidar as well. Take 3 at once just before you sleep. Paracetamol II tds *3/7 B.co I * 1/52 No Vit C, No blood tonic! Lets review after 3days. |

Rukkington: The first 4-6days is what counts. So if either one of you bails after day 6, its laudable. |
Re: Doctor In The House:Obstetrics And Gynecology by Baxilexi(m): 10:07am On Feb 17, 2016 |
happymummy: Good morning Ma'am Am not conversant with the brand names of folic acid. Visit a really good pharmacy and the pharmacist should provide you with a top brand. |

Re: Doctor In The House:Obstetrics And Gynecology by Baxilexi(m): 10:10pm On Feb 17, 2016 |
lilyspringamour: Ok. Full Blood Count is a test to analyse what's going on in the blood stream. Pain swallowing, tying your symptoms together am feigning an incipient illness. Any sore throat? Runny nose? Anyway, am glad you are feeling better. If symptoms regress spontaneously. Live healthy and stay safe. |
Re: Doctor In The House:Obstetrics And Gynecology by Baxilexi(m): 10:18pm On Feb 17, 2016 |
Muslee4luv: I think it's time to visit the hospital. A thorough examination should be conducted. I cant consult efficiently without seeing what am working with. I can tell you its an infection. He should also go for VCT. |

Baxilexi: no sore throat or running nose, just a mouth full of saliva each time I spit it out cos its painful to swallow. Doc as regards the serum ptest is it still early to have an accurate result,as PD is supposed to come in 7days counting from d day of my test. though I noticed that my urine is deep yellow despite that I take lots of fluids |

Hello Doc, wonderful job you aredoing. I am 17weeks pregnant. I went to the hospital cos I was feeling weak, a test was done and the result came out that I have malaria( doctor said it's +1 don't know what that means). She prescribed lumartem and said it's safe to use but am scared cos of some things I read online about it not been safe in pregnancy. Please can I use this drug. I don't hve any symptom yet except for occasional tiredness and weakness. Like I said I am 17weeks pregnant. Thanks. |
Re: Doctor In The House:Obstetrics And Gynecology by Baxilexi(m): 9:52am On Feb 18, 2016 |
lilyspringamour: Morning I need you to tell me your most pressing complaint. The difficulty swallow. Amoxyl or erythromycin(if you don't have ulcer) would do you good. Serum Pt test, check again 14 - 16 days post ovulation. Deep yellow urine, increase fluid intake. |
Re: Doctor In The House:Obstetrics And Gynecology by Baxilexi(m): 9:57am On Feb 18, 2016 |
protocol: Hello protocol PRE-SEED serves as a lubricant as well as a fertility enhancer. Read back 3-4 pages. There are discussions about it. |
Re: Doctor In The House:Obstetrics And Gynecology by Baxilexi(m): 10:08am On Feb 18, 2016 |
fearless07: Hello fearless07 Thank you for the compliment. Lumartem is safe in the second trimester. Malaria should be taken seriously in pregnancy, because it affects the placenta and fetus. Usually there's an Intermittent preventive (Prophylactic) Therapy. Which guards against malarial infestation at about 16 weeks. In brief, treat as directed. |

peacefulwealth: hello how much did u do ur hormonal test |
Re: Doctor In The House:Obstetrics And Gynecology by Baxilexi(m): 11:22pm On Feb 18, 2016 |
peacefulwealth: Hello peacefulwealth SFA; being blunt, the result is bad. Motility is zero active (50% is ideal). Morphology is nil normal (30% is ideal) I wish I could tell you there was an elixir for this but it seems a bit complicated. All the same he should start up with Manix or Adizoa, these will certainly add value. While considering a visit to a fertility clinic. What kind of job does he do? Some other pertinent question would have to be asked(your husband) in private. Hormonal profile Hyperprolactinaemia, too much breast milk producing hormone in your system, causing a suppression of follicle growth, ovulation and conception. Good news is there is a drug, bad news is it will have to be administered at the hospital hence I wouldn't tell you the name. Sorry. |
