Okay,let me break it down for you.

Unilag has been admitting like 110+ Merit and like 15+ more on supplementary for MBBS(utme) but not same for this session 2015/2016.They always assume there 50,50,50 thing will always dissolve the large number when it's time to cross to 200L(note :they do admit more than 150 at 100L cos 100L is still outside the College of Medicine where the 150 slot tin is effective).Since there back bone is 50,50,50, the last 2 set,2013/2014,broke there shell,they had a very wonderful result that out of 141 of them,111 met the criteria and that is 111 is minus the diploma(now u can see they are in big poo ),they had no choice than to allow them into the college like that.At the moment,number of MBBS + BDS are almost 250(diploma + utme which is supposed to be 150 )Now accommodation problem first set in followed by accreditation issue(i'll post full details tomorrow on my blog(www.unilaglabodinho.) which i'll share with you all here).So in order to still maintain there accreditation and in that view of students are now breaking the 50,50,50 they depended on,then they have to look for another means to reduce the crowd which they now have to introduce CGPA.

So concerning your question,they might just admit below 100 or a little more than 100 and like 30(max.)BDS cos diploma students are still coming to join them 200L.With the explanation i gave above,you'll have the knowledge of what to expect and what things might tend to look like later this year.

Lastest News on Pre-Med. Unilag

The Unilag pre-medical student protested yesterday,Wednesday 10th of January.It was a peaceful protest.The main road was blocked and the closed the school first gate as well.
Protest based on the Unilag Pre-med. crossing crisis started from the Senate Building with the hope of seeing the VC to address the issue but he didn’t show up for one or two reasons.The ULSU Preseident, Mr Mohammed Olaniyi, came to address the students on this but still not pleasing.The students https://unilaglabodinho./2016/02/11/lastest-news-on-pre-med-unilag/

The only thing to expect is that,low number of students will be admitted like this present set and cgpa is now a crossing criteria.This will make getting on the list more competitive.

I don't know, but it may also apply to d num of student's admitted into d 1st year so as to avoid a situation( just like what's happening now) whereby a lot of students don't cross.

u no insurance and actuarial science are in d same faculty....if sum1 choose actuarial science in jamb, can he later change d course to anyoda course in d same dpt? if yes, how?. coz i want to choose actuarial science and later change it to finance.

That's intra faculty change,yes you can.You'll need purchase c.o.c. form when it's time after first year which course 10k and certain cgpa must be met.

Its always difficult to change from a department to a superior dept in faculty of biz admin. If it were from finance to Acturial science, that would have been easier.

My advise to you will be

Try and blast ur jamb so that you can change to finance afterwards.
