Pls I NEED A SINGLE ROOM SELF CONTAIN OR A ONE BED ROOM FLAT IN EITHER IJESHA, AGUDA OR SOMEWHERE CLOSE BY IN SURULERE. BUDGET IS BTW 150 - 250 FOR EITHER... THANKS

This your budget is excluding agreement and commission and is just for a year but can you also pay for 2 years

I really can't afford to pay for 2 years for now... That's the p... And how much does agreement and commission cost cos I really didn't remember putting that into consideration.

You can see a room self contain from #150k-#200k p.a depending on the state of the house but one and half. #50k for commission and #50k for agreement
