Hello fearless07

Thank you for the compliment.

Lumartem is safe in the second trimester.

Malaria should be taken seriously in pregnancy, because it affects the placenta and fetus.

Usually there's an Intermittent preventive (Prophylactic) Therapy. Which guards against malarial infestation at about 16 weeks.

In brief, treat as directed.
Thanks Doc. Will do as directed.

Hello peacefulwealth

SFA; being blunt, the result is bad. Motility is zero active (50% is ideal).

Morphology is nil normal (30% is ideal)

I wish I could tell you there was an elixir for this but it seems a bit complicated.

All the same he should start up with Manix or Adizoa, these will certainly add value. While considering a visit to a fertility clinic.

What kind of job does he do? Some other pertinent question would have to be asked(your husband) in private.

Hormonal profile

Hyperprolactinaemia, too much breast milk producing hormone in your system, causing a suppression of follicle growth, ovulation and conception.

Good news is there is a drug, bad news is it will have to be administered at the hospital hence I wouldn't tell you the name. Sorry.

Thank you for your prompt response. Dh have already started taking Addyzoa. Can he take Addyzoa and wellmanconception together?

For the hyperprolactinaemia i will see d doctor by second week of march i just want to knw the Medicine although i did research they said bromocriptine/cabergoline can be used for treatment.

Thank you Doctor you re doing a great work.

Day 21
Progesterone: 15.3ng/ml (1.6-18.6)
I take back what I said earlier about the progesterone. The value is adequate.
Though your preovulatory values are exaggerated for some parameters(estrogen and follicle stimulating hormone) but to make sense of it, I'll like to see the values of the these parameters on day 21.

Are you on any medication? Eg Clomid?

Hello mumjk

Please answer the following;

How old are you?

When did it start?

Recent surgeries? Or event of note?

Past drug history?

Have you been to the hospital yet?

What form of intervention has been tried?

Answer these, then we'll go deeper.

Hello amypearl.

Tubal flushing. it's effectiveness is dependent on the cause. Sadly i dont have success ttheories on the procedure. Hydrosalphinx or pyosalphinx may or may not be remedied by the treatment in the early phases. Adhesion and atresia, a whole different ball game.

But its worth the try.

You may not need to correct them if their values drop spontaneously, especially after/around ovulation.

The changes in you period could be linked to the high levels of hormones(esp. Estrogen which could cause endometria overgrowth)

Hello happymummy

Mid luteal phase progesterone should be done on day 21.

For me the other tests could be done the same day or before.

Hello

The non-parous cervix is usually posterior, during child birth it becomes central, then anterior.

You don't need to worry.

Hello pweetiebabe

We'll look at it from two sides.

Yours; stop working your pelvic floor muscles so much. Clasping down on the penis is a great feel, but could also cause the problem.
Do you practise kegel?

Your DH; the viscosity of his semen could be poor(watery semen). He should do a Seminal Fluid Analysis.

Hello peach45

Am inclined to think the cultured staph. Aureus was an artifact. From you above description it seem more to me like a fungal infection(candida to be precise).

Purchase Nystatin pessary, and use as directed. You can finish up your other medication.

As for when to conceive, I would be more comfortable with anything after 18 Months.
