Are you sure submission of those documents have to do with registration though? I think u are to submit them immediately. Registration is a diff ball game.

my faculty asked for many different things to submit,one was financial clearance form,registration form..we don't have that yet

You are not paying via the machine o, you're paying on their website. You don't need to input any account number, just insert your atm card details and your pin, then you're good to go... You can pay anytime of the day.

We're you asked to print any receipt to acknowledge payment cos we were given some form of acknowledgement at the banks and I heard they would require it during departmental registration. Just saying what I heard.

After recommendation and release of admission letter, click on the link sent to your email when your admission letter was released, then enter your application number and password then you will see your invoice... A pop up should appear showing the payment gateway of two banks, click on gtbank and it will redirect you to the payment gateway where you can fill in your atm details... Then you're good to go

as angeltolly said please don't bother coming now...I went for my clearance on Monday a lady came similar to your case all her documents are ready but she hasn't passed out.the clearance officials told her to go and come back when she has her discharge cert in April and she came all the way from akwa ibom...

For real. I have frnds dt r serving currently bt didn't apply cos of dis nysc certificate o. But wt if reg has closed before dt time or sth.

Lolz why can't these guys just chill and get their NYSC certificate first

Hello dear!! for those I saw during clearance, none was cleared without NYSC & Waec Certificate.

For Degree cert you can present attestation letter but for NYSC certificate it has to be gotten

There is still room for them to update their credentials till April, one can't tell the faculty nd departmental registration might still be Open.

I did my clearance and after then I was told is till proper registration begins.

After clearance we were given 2letters and asked to take 1letter to d Dean of our faculty n the other to the HOD of the department which we did immediately. Hope we r on the ryt track?

Bros if that's the instruction given and u've done it nothing do u. I only got clearance certificate after which I wrote my name of their register that's all.

How long does it take to get scheduled for clearance after payment.
it's been about two weeks now that I made payment for acceptance fee, got a confirmation of receipt of payment, but nothing has been said as regarding clearance.

Its that the norm or could something be wrong.

I got my recommendation mail on Wednesday as well as a mail that admission letter is prepared, but I have not yet gotten the next mail that it has bin approved and signed by the deputy registrar. Is the delay normal?

I got my confirmation less than five minutes after payment. GTBank has network issues, wait for today, then go and complain tomorrow if you don't get it by the end of today.
