Mourinho knows how to manipulate his team and achieve the best out of dem but he lacks in d aspect of managing those guys actually carrying out the job...

First scenario is in the aspect of matic and Mikel.. He used matic to the extent that the poor guy loosed his best form.. It's like a tire u use and use till all the rough edges get flat.. He had Mikel on d bench and never used him.. Mikel loosed d confidence and thank God for hinddink d guy would have gone worse.. Now see matic.. He can't even hold a player off anymore.. That's poor management from Mourinho

Another aspect is he sells off player dat can't dance to his tune.. That's pretty bad.. Imagine selling off d likes of lukaku, de bruyne, mata and so on.. We can see what these guys are doing for thier present clubs. That's another pure poor management from Mourinho..

All in all. The poor form of Chelsea this season solely lies on Mourinho.. He mis managed the players and the loosed the confidence and believe..

After all, even if you didn't get to pick more than 1 sef, you will still be posted once you have your CUN already.

The ONLY THING that would make you not to get posted is when you didn't get to select even a single state as that would mean that you are being treated as over Age and thus the CUN would never come.
