Mrs. Prophetess, if that is your last attempt at securing some kind of relevance for yourself, then I'm sorry for you. Better go learn how to dance shoki, or drive trailer trucks. People may remember you after you're done for achieving excellence there. This your devil attacking you and your faceless mates business won't get you anywhere. |

analice107: Satan is a myth, but in the context of the story, I actually agree with him. Satan didn't always do the right thing, but he was correct here. Unsubstantiated claims. The Bible is not proof of anything, anymore than a movie is proof of Harry Potter.
If you can't show me this spiritual realm, why bring it up? The existence of evidence and energy are directly observable and testable. Simple. Lol. You do not know what atheism means. No. That is what Christians do. Though it sounds like a good idea for atheists. Christians have historically not been kind to atheists, making it hard to eat and make merry. We want to change that, and we are, little by little. |

Speechless3: Their scripture explicitly told what would happen and to be fair, it didn't. They were looking into the Old Testament and there weren't any dots to connect. Now we have Jesus, whose very existence is up for debate because who only exists in the profoundly conflicting gospels that can't seem to agree on any fact. |

ronald4lif: When you wake up,who do you pray to? When you want to win a contract of 110million naira who do you pray to? When your wife is in hospital, in labour, who does she pray to for safe delivery? Oh lest I forget, whose words were go into the world and multiply? If you can give me a reasonable answer of one atheist who has done one miracle, I would dump Christianity for Atheism. |
Re: Why Do Atheists Attack Mostly Christians? by analice107: 9:38am On Feb 22, 2016 |
onetrack:Oh, I know what atheism means, it appears you don't. Atheism is self worship, and that's Satan's ideology. And, yes you will succeed in changing it, not because it's in your power to effect the change, but that the scriptures may be fulfilled. For MANY FALL AWAY FROM THE FAITH, THEY SHALL BECOME HATERS OF GOD, AND LOVERS OF THEMSELVES. And many more of these prophecies shows that, you are not in control, but you think you are. Satan your instigator, knows how short his time is, he will do what he can until he can no longer do anything anymore. Weldone at doing God's bidding. 1 Like |

Re: Why Do Atheists Attack Mostly Christians? by An2elect2(f): 10:01pm On Feb 22, 2016 |
Ranchhoddas:Yes pls. Look at these. John 15:16 You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit and that your fruit should abide, so that whatever you ask the Father in my name, he may give it to you. Ephesians 1:4-5 Even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before him. In love he predestined us for adoption as sons through Jesus Christ, according to the purpose of his will, Romans 8:28-30 And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose. For those whom he foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, in order that he might be the firstborn among many brothers. And those whom he predestined he also called, and those whom he called he also justified, and those whom he justified he also glorified. Revelation 13:8 And all who dwell on earth will worship it, everyone whose name has not been written before the foundation of the world in the book of life of the Lamb who was slain. 2 Thessalonians 2:13 But we ought always to give thanks to God for you, brothers beloved by the Lord, because God chose you as the firstfruits to be saved, through sanctification by the Spirit and belief in the truth. 2 Timothy 1:9 Who saved us and called us to a holy calling, not because of our works but because of his own purpose and grace, which he gave us in Christ Jesus before the ages began, Acts 13:48 And when the Gentiles heard this, they began rejoicing and glorifying the word of the Lord, and as many as were appointed to eternal life believed. Ephesians 1:4 Even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before him. In love John 6:44 No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him. And I will raise him up on the last day. Mark 13:20 And if the Lord had not cut short the days, no human being would be saved. But for the sake of the elect, whom he chose, he shortened the days. Revelation 3:20 Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and eat with him, and he with me. Romans 9:16 So then it depends not on human will or exertion, but on God, who has mercy. John 6:37 All that the Father gives me will come to me, and whoever comes to me I will never cast out. Ephesians 2:8-9 For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast. Luke 10:22 All things have been handed over to me by my Father, and no one knows who the Son is except the Father, or who the Father is except the Son and anyone to whom the Son chooses to reveal him.” Matthew 22:14 For many are called, but few are chosen.” Mark 13:27 And then he will send out the angels and gather his elect from the four winds, from the ends of the earth to the ends of heaven. 2 Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance. Romans 8:29 For those whom he foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, in order that he might be the firstborn among many brothers. 1 Peter 1:20 He was foreknown before the foundation of the world but was made manifest in the last times for the sake of you Romans 9:11-13 Though they were not yet born and had done nothing either good or bad—in order that God's purpose of election might continue, not because of works but because of him who calls— she was told, “The older will serve the younger.” As it is written, “Jacob I loved, but Esau I hated.” Acts 18:10 For I am with you, and no one will attack you to harm you, for I have many in this city who are my people.” 1 Thessalonians 5:9 For God has not destined us for wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ, Romans 9:18 So then he has mercy on whomever he wills, and he hardens whomever he wills. Romans 9:1-33 I am speaking the truth in Christ—I am not lying; my conscience bears me witness in the Holy Spirit— that I have great sorrow and unceasing anguish in my heart. For I could wish that I myself were accursed and cut off from Christ for the sake of my brothers, my kinsmen according to the flesh. They are Israelites, and to them belong the adoption, the glory, the covenants, the giving of the law, the worship, and the promises. To them belong the patriarchs, and from their race, according to the flesh, is the Christ who is God over all, blessed forever. Amen. ... John 3:16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. 1 Peter 2:9 But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light. Ephesians 2:8 For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, Romans 9:17 For the Scripture says to Pharaoh, “For this very purpose I have raised you up, that I might show my power in you, and that my name might be proclaimed in all the earth.” John 17:9 I am praying for them. I am not praying for the world but for those whom you have given me, for they are yours. Romans 8:29-30 For those whom he foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, in order that he might be the firstborn among many brothers. And those whom he predestined he also called, and those whom he called he also justified, and those whom he justified he also glorified. Romans 8:7-8 For the mind that is set on the flesh is hostile to God, for it does not submit to God's law; indeed, it cannot. Those who are in the flesh cannot please God. Ephesians 1:11 In him we have obtained an inheritance, having been predestined according to the purpose of him who works all things according to the counsel of his will, John 17:6 “I have manifested your name to the people whom you gave me out of the world. Yours they were, and you gave them to me, and they have kept your word. 1 Peter 1:2 According to the foreknowledge of God the Father, in the sanctification of the Spirit, for obedience to Jesus Christ and for sprinkling with his blood: May grace and peace be multiplied to you. Hebrews 6:1-20 Therefore let us leave the elementary doctrine of Christ and go on to maturity, not laying again a foundation of repentance from dead works and of faith toward God, and of instruction about washings, the laying on of hands, the resurrection of the dead, and eternal judgment. And this we will do if God permits. For it is impossible, in the case of those who have once been enlightened, who have tasted the heavenly gift, and have shared in the Holy Spirit, and have tasted the goodness of the word of God and the powers of the age to come, ... Romans 15:1-33 We who are strong have an obligation to bear with the failings of the weak, and not to please ourselves. Let each of us please his neighbor for his good, to build him up. For Christ did not please himself, but as it is written, “The reproaches of those who reproached you fell on me.” For whatever was written in former days was written for our instruction, that through endurance and through the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope. May the God of endurance and encouragement grant you to live in such harmony with one another, in accord with Christ Jesus, ... Romans 9:19-20 You will say to me then, “Why does he still find fault? For who can resist his will?” But who are you, O man, to answer back to God? Will what is molded say to its molder, “Why have you made me like this?” Romans 8:30 And those whom he predestined he also called, and those whom he called he also justified, and those whom he justified he also glorified. |
