Please,i need a self contain apartment to rent at a reasonable price around ashi,bashorun or u.i area.The place juat has to be close to old bodija in ibadan.The place must be tiled,have running water and neat.If there is no agent involved it would even be better for me.Please treat as urgent as i hv to relocate there before march 1st. |

queenfav: except you want to join forces with someone else and rent a 2 or 3 bedroom flat. that's a cheaper option. the more affordable apartments are farther away from ui area. I heard the places around the polytechnic are very affordable. |
