Bro I had similiar problem b4 also, I guess u still on Android kiktat 4.4 Shey, just go to cal Carl centre and upgrade to 5.1 lollipop, it super fast wen I charge now, it OS problem. And guess Wat.. ..... IT FREE TO UPGRADE

I passed thru this same problem late last year until i found the simple solution.. jux free up some little space on ur ram.. den download super fast charger.. its a app to let u knw hw fast ur charging volages are comin thru... if it goes fro 3310 to 3311.. den ders a problem from d charger or usb.. buh if it goes from 3310 to 3319.. den ur chargin wuld be vwry fast.. and thus it wuld go until it stablizes around 4200... trust me.. u will experience change in ur charging...

By the way.. i no longer use d follow come infinix chord.. but i still use d infinx charger.. i knw u guys knw an original chord by nw.. so pls get an original usb... most times.. d problem is the USB chord.. infact i would strongly advice that u use the super fast charger app to test a USB before you buy it.. dat way u can knw if its original or not...my fone chargin is blazing currently... Hapy Val y'all

Having d same issue.. My charger was charging fast bf but later stopped charging.. So I changed d USB cord and it started charging fast again.. Den after sum months it stopped charging fast again.. Changed d cord but still not charging fast.. My mum uses infinix hot and whenever I use her charger it charges fast, so tried swapping my cord with hers to c if it's d cord dat is faulty but noticed my cord charges faster with my mum's charger but mine charges slower with my mum's cord.. So I guess it's d charger dat needs to b changed... But seriously Dis infinix charging of a tin is so annoying... Looking forward to get a Samsung s5 charger cos seems to b faster too

Pls i just connected my hot note to system and found out its only charging. Went to to setting and to storage but couldnt see connection option. Hv switch it on and off buts its not showing. Pls anyone with a better solution.

I just bought a gionee charger whose output is 1.8A and must say it's really fast.. I get BTW 11 - 12% within 15 Min's of charging.. D charger doesn't cum with cord dou.. U can get it at gionee office in ikeja for 1300

I had the same problem too but I took it to their Carl care which was later fixed by them without charging me any dime....

Have u try wiping the phone? If not, go wipe the phone's memory

i will suggest you visit the nearest carlcare centre

i'm having the same problem. I've even tried original infinix hot note chargers but the case is always the same.

it happened to my phone also.. did it 2k5H.. at a repair centre.. the engineer wiped everything.. I'd suggest u back ur phone up..
