This is a homicide.

1. The victim is left-handed as shown with his holding of the cigarette - the position of the pen also corroborates this. This clarifies that the letter on the table isn't a suicide note. This also points to the fact both the gun and the note were planted by the perpetrator

2. The second leg of the slippers is missing. Suicide takes a lot of preparation - wich includes dressing up to your nines. no one wants to be seen dead wearing a dirty boxers, talk more of barefooted.

3. The stool won't be knocked down if this were a suicide. There's also no fan, nor a rope to support the stool's fall.

4. The splatter of blood on the wall is not consistent with the position of the corpse.

5. the victim's grip of the gun is too tight for someone who killed himself. The gun and cigarette should've long fallen off.


RESPECT MAN. Nice to know someone else saw.

U ve very probably watched any of this tv series: Dexter, Criminal Mind, Sherlock Holmes (including the books), CSI Something.

Murder!!!
She is apparently left handed - She has a cigarette in her left hand and the pen is on the left hand side. so she can't shoot with her right. the splatter on the wall also gives credence to this murder assumption. if it was suicide, there ought to be some blood on the mirror.

Also, there seems to be a matches box stained with a blood beside the can of coke. She wouldn't have possibly shot herself and positioned that stained matches box like that. All i see is a clear scene of murder .

this is murder...so many factual evidence points to that, but dt most glaring is d fact dt she was holding the gun with d right hand and shooting herself from the right,the blood would hv gone the other way.!!

You don't have to be a Sherlock Holmes to demystify this.
This is a blatant homicide.

•The pen/cigarette pack/ashtray and can of Coke in the photo were situated in an angle most suitable & comfortable for a left-handed person. The deceased is a lefty, which begs the question - Why he would use his weaker hand in brandishing the weapon he chose to end his life with? His assailant obviously hasn't watched enough "How to get away with murder".

•Distance of the gun from the body - most suicide shots are at contact range and the gun is most likely to be found close to the carrion. The gun is too far from the body & that alone yodels "foul play".

• A shot to the side of the head, in the mouth, or to the front of the chest is usually how most suicides pan out.
The blood spill on the wall tells us the deceased got shot in the forehead, not the side of his head, otherwise his blood would have been splattered on the lampstand & towards the wooden appendage, not the wall behind.

•Why was the chair lying on the floor? Did he shoot himself in a sitting position then stumble down along with the furniture? The answer is no, because it would be impossible for him to pull the trigger positioned that way & still end up getting his blood on the wall. The distance is just too far.
The chair was angled in that fashion because there was a brief physical struggle between the assailant & the deceased.

•That is not a suicide note(s). Who uses two sheets of paper to explain why you've opted to cut your life short? Are you writing an essay or a bildungsroman?
Besides, the deceased comes across as one caught up in the wild circle of gangsterism. Now tell me, using psychology- why would a hooligan or cold-hearted Gangster need to pun a suicide note? Who is he/she leaving it behind for? His baron or his cocaine customers? I think not.

•You may argue rigamortis, but it's almost impossible to shoot yourself in the head & still end up clinching so firmly to the gun, & also to the cigarette you were smoking before you carried out the act.
Using the laws of probability, either the gun or cigarette should have dropped from his hands. The fact that not even one of them fell off tells the tale.

Case solved.

It was a suicide because it involved killing of oneself. Murder is killing of another person.

We get many homicide investigators in the house. How this go be suicide. Look at the distant of the stool to the blood in the wall, if its suicide, the blood won't be that much on the wall since she shot herself while sitting. Straight to the point. she was murdered, the cigarette and the gun were placed on the victims hands.

Suicide,,,, she even documented a note bfr killing herself, she was sitting on the stood while she shot herself, check the length of the blood stain and envisage the seat pattern.

Yea,both are close range shots but the first thing I noticed in the picture,was the blood splatter pattern on the wall. It has every trace of a shot from a second party.

Murder

When you consider where the blood is on the wall and on which of the hands the gun is, she couldn't have killed herself. It would take a left handed shooter to commit a suicide that matches this murder scene.
