Hello people, I need answers from experienced people on this. I passed a workforce interview and have been given the go ahead for documentation. My problem now is the clause for guarantors; apart from workforce insisting that your guarantor should be someone with a professional certification, they also insists he/she must do a mantoux / heaf medical test (whatever that means) and give you the result as part of requirements for documentation. How on earth will I start to tell two full grown and busy people who were magnanimous enough to stand as my guarantors to proceed to do a test, I mean, people I'm not even related to. Please anyone who has crossed workforce documentation hurdle should put a brother through. Thanks.

Op, I think you should contact them and ask again. I have done documentation with them before, they will never ask your guarantor to do Mantoux test. The test is for you and not your guarantor. Maybe it's one over ginger new employee of theirs who told u that, u need to call them again and ask.

Thanks for responding I really appreciate, but they put it as part of their criteria on a paper guide they gave me for documentation. Please how long ago did you do your documentation with them?

I did mine in Deecember. Mantoux test is to determine if one has tuberculosis. And since ur guarantors are not the one being hired, they have no business with that. Op, no guarantor will go and do Mantoux test because of u oooo. I still maintain u confirm with them.

Nope, u r only to print out the final page that has a portion where u can sign.

Na wa for this documentation oh, one still has to go to court to stamp different things, all this stress for a marketing job in a bank.. God will help us

The Mantoux test isn't for your guarantors, it's for you. As for the CIBN code of conduct, u need to read and sign the undertaking, which ever way you do doesn't count, so long as you print page 52, u r good to go. Good luck. Waiting to welcome you in the field. But expect to wait for some time.

Hello guys. For those who know much about workforce group, after interview and documentation, what next? Is the job sure after one has passed the documentation stage?

I did mine in Ibadan. Cos there's workforce in Ibadan too. And the court was the federal high court. Don't know if any court can do it.
Any standard biomedical laboratory can do Mantoux test. I hope I was able to help a little.

I am supposed to do mine tomorrow but have been calling the help number on the workforce documentation page but no response. Please anyone with the Lagos hospital or can one use anyone
