We discovered with dismay that you recently increased the tariff of your BIS (COMONTH) from NGN1,000 to NGN1,400.

We are wondering if this increase means there will be a proportionate increase in the quality of your data service which is slow and constantly fluctuating.

In the past, we bore this poor data service coz the price made it manageable but now that you are increasing your price, we will surely abandon you if your data services do not improve.

Yesterday evening my glo bis sub expired and this morning after recharging 1k as usual and sent comonth to 777 only to get a message that I do not have enough credit, yet my 1k still lies in my account. I will like to know if the code for subscribing has changed or whether the price has been increased so as to know the next step.

I think it has been increased to 1,400. Just baffled they didn't inform anybody before introducing new tariffs
