[quote author=viviangist post=43232855]Job hunting could be an uphill task for most fresh graduates considering the fact that it is a game of the survival of the fittest.Below are a list of 8 things you must get done while serving your nation to be better positioned for the job hunt especially in the private sector. 1.DECIDE ON THE KIND OF JOB YOU WANT: The first thing you must do is to take a decision on the kind of job you want. You can even stream line it down to the list of companies you would want to work for, that way you know what you are preparing for and how to go about it. It amuses me when job hunters come to my office and I ask them what kind of job do you want and they go like “oga, any job”. Any job is no job dude, take a decision today because it will determine a whole lot of things in your preparation. 2.RESEARCH: Carry out a research on the company(ies) you would like to work with. It baffles me how people submit their CVs to companies they know little or nothing about. A little research |

nathoneal: Sighs! Short version? I was posted to taraba, had the opportunity to relocate but didn't. Later got posted to a remote village and out of boredom, i took to writing and learn many things about some online biz. Now, it has paid off and i now earn money from what i learn through boredom. Check my profile and see one of the story i wrote during my bored period. CIAO. |

THE NEXT DECADE SKILLS IS HERE, WEB AND APP DEVELOPMENT... ACQUIRE IT!! There was a time in Nigeria when all you needed to succeed was the ability to read and write English. After that came the era of university degree. In fact, you had the chances of getting a good job with a good salary. Then came the era of Masters and PhD. The demands of the Labour market went higher. You had to have a masters or PhD to get a good job. Before long it became the era of foreign degrees... employers started looking for people from foreign universities. With alot of people getting certifications from unknown foreign universities. Once the certificate is from abroad, people don't give a damn. Even if it is from University of Sao Tome Now that era has ended: We are now in the era of skills. What you know and what you can do with your brain or your hands. Your level of education notwithstanding; What matters right now is the skills that you have especially new age/digital skills. So I ask you, what are you doing to remain relevant in your career? Are you still carrying your certificate up and down with obsolete knowledge? You need to LEARN, UNLEARN and RELEARN The business world is evolving into ebusiness model, in the next decade 80% of all businesses will be online. You won't need the local Market; you shop online and have it delivered to your home, you won't need going to hospital, you have edoctors, epharmacies. You won't need Contemporary Schools; elearning will be the norms. What this translates to is that, all these businesses will function with a Website or an App on playstore- or both. Web and App Developers will be in high demand, so don't be left behind. Acquire Web Development and App Development skills today and stay relevant in the world of work Let discuss on 07016551055 |

Corper wee Another this you must do is make sure that something is coming in that can replace your alawee until you find that dream job, So can you sell products, can you put shame aside and talk to people around you about product, do you think you can sell household toiletries and supplies, or health and wellness drug. What do you say we experiment within the next few months to the close of the year to see how you can earn off network marketing and product sales. What do you say Are you up for a challenge All you need is capital to commence, mouth to speak and you are good to go. Drop Tel no to be added to network mentorship group. Please note This is not a get rich quick scheme. Hard work and consistency is highly recommended and needed. You can either earn via network marketing or selling products You are not alone but rather as a member of the team, as long as you do your part, the team would also do it's part for you. What do you say: join our group let's get started |
