It was not a PayPal issue.I buy had drives from him for almost a year .I pay him,he sends the hard disks.even though we experience delays in some cases,I let it go since its all business.
For the past four months I made a payment to him,after some difficulties he delivered half remaining half telling me of the prevailing dollar issues and the the will sort it out before December.being somebody I have done business with over a countless time,I agreed and bear with him.on Jan,he ask me to send my ac no that he will make my payment,when he sorts his issues,we will continue. I obliged.since then he won't pick his calls and won't make the deposit nor even reply his whatsapp massages.so u see why I called him a fraduster and I will treat him as such from march 1.
