layla129: Who pays for visa fees and health charge? The scholarship awarding board or are suggesting that embassy will not charge visa fees? |

kuchikau1: You keep asking the same question but failed to read replies or answer question why? Are you actually a genuine scholarship holder? Dude contact your school since this is shared scholarship and ask them these two questions: 1. I am exempted from visa fees? 2. Do i need to pay for health charge? If they say no to both questions then go ahead and apply for visa and do your biometric |

@justwise, @frontpagelawyer and all other gurus. Please I need your help on this bothering me. I have been to the UK before while I was in my final year in the university on a Family Visit visa to spend time with my cousins. Before applying, I stated that I would spend 6 weeks in the UK with my cousins but I spent 4 months over there and I came back to do my National service. My Uncle who is more like a guardian sponsored my trip and paid for my airfare to go and spend time with my other relatives in the UK. Now, I'm no more a student. I'm working and been working since 2014 till now. I want to go on holiday and this time around... It's not my uncle in the uk inviting me but rather our family friend. I would like to go and spend time with my friends and go on the London eye, Buckingham palace, Trafalgar square, Chinatown and also visit the roman baths in Bath and also shop for some few clothes. My monthly salary after tax is 175pounds. I give 10pounds to a little cousin of mine in senior high school to supplement her pocket money from her parents. I've been saving too and have 1600pounds in my personal account. I don't really save in my salary account. I get bonuses at work and some monies from my boyfriend, uncle and my parents. Our family friend who is inviting me for holidays would cater for food and accommodation whilst my uncle (guardian) would take care of my flight. He would give me 800pounds for my air ticket. I plan to use 500pounds from my own savings over there in the UK for living expenses. Please do I stand a chance ? I'm worried because sometimes it's not about your travel experience. Plus it's not my other relative in the UK inviting me this time around but rather a family friend. I'm also worried about the answers to put under income and expenditure. Please help me. |

Established: The ECO may not overlook the fact that you stayed 4months instead of 6weeks you indicated on your application form, so maybe they spot it you need to explain why you stayed that long. |

abbey1986:How does your bike riders remit you? Cash or paid into an account? Weekly, monthly or hire purchase arrangement? There's a space for other source of income, you can include that if : You have receipts of purchase of said bike Have an account statement that shows remittance and frequency by the riders. Also a short note explaining the bike arrangement at the space for "any other information you'd want to include" in your application is good too. For the shares, you'd also list that as other source of income and input the amount of dividend it returns each month. Also include original copies of all share certificates and copies |

Established: Please clarify that section in bold, do you mean your savings account in the UK? Another problem will be your monthly salary, £175 is not a lot of money and your flight ticket a lone will take at least 3x of that. If your family friend will be paying for everything including ticket then that might increase your chances but your salary acts as your tie to Nigeria. |
