While Shell,Total and Chevron knew the climax of crude oil price was near; Nigerian indigenous oil companies were busy buying the divestment that was close to experience a profound fall in value! I believe 'the professionals' in the Nigerian oil companies and banks were probably ignorant of the fact that history repeats itself. 1 Like |

ufotty2001: The purpose of the AGM is to deliberate on the year activities, results and other matters that may arise. The "A" stands for ANNUAL. Where a matter is to be considered urgently that it can not wait till the AGM, an EGM (E for extraordinary) is convened. |
