Yes, Amaechi attempted to stop his probe. But the probe was done anyway and a report was submitted to the state govt.

Having gone through that stage, the only reasonable and sensible thing for the govt of Wike to do was to publish the report especially when he was challenged on national TV by the same accused.

Guy, did Amaechi challenge Wike to produce the panel's report for all to see or not? Yes, he did.

Has the liar Wike taken up the challenge four months after Amaechi's call? No, he hasn't.

Pray tell, can a sane government work on any report when the case is in court? How do you expect Wike to prosecute Amaechi when there is already a court case by Amaechi to set aside the probe panel report and government white paper on it? Abi you no know say the reason the Senate Committee couldn't deliberate on the report was because Amaechi informed them that the matter is already in court?
