These people have suffered several attacks from 2013 till 2015 and just that once which they decided to strike, this useless Fulani herdsman that grew up in Imo state decided to use it to balance the massacre occurring in recent times. I served in Benue state from 2013 to 2014 and I know what am talking about.

I was in Benue state from 2008 - 2010 and there were killings even then.

Some people are just hearing it because they didn't cry out early. I could remember a couple that were murdered in their farm around late 2008, that one happened in Ikobi.

Agatu own started like film trick, from being killed in their farms to being attacked on Market days when elders have gone to the market, to being attacked at night when everyone is asleep.

I really feel for them.

These fulani idiots tried this madness in one village(okutu) in Nsukka and they got what they deserve. The youth attacked and killed them, and sacrificed some of them to th gods. Today, no herdsman will cross their land. Even those wey dey on Okada no dey gree make u carry them pass there and that is exactly what they deserve.

Most of this politicians are traditionalist but cover their religion with christian and Islam ish. That's why most of the popular fulani politicians are Muslims and most Igbo politicains are Christians.

You've said it all, although majority of the Fulani are Muslims but those brutal herdsmen are only Muslims by name, they are ignorant of the fundamentals of their religion talk less of engaging in any jihad or establishing a caliphate. As you've said they are only fighting for survival.

The Agatu community from Benue State has
attacked Fulani Herdsmen in Kogi state.
Eyewitness account revealed to our reporter
yesterday that many of the herdsmen were
caught unawares in Odagbo, Okaba
community, Ankpa local government, Kogi
State, and were killed.


It was also gathered that they lost goods
worth millions of naira during the attack.
The Police Public Relation Officer, PPRO
who confirmed the attack to our reporter in
Lokoja, yesterday, said that people should
avoid provoking the Fulani, warning that it
could lead to series of attacks.

Do you think I support Fulani? I support none of them but report should be balanced. I have always seen this herdsmen issue as an easily solvable one if all Nigerians agree. Trying to prove stubborn by killing herdsmen will only escalate further crisis. The Agatu made that mistake by attacking them 1st and celebrating victory too early.
