So yesterday I was in Ikeja to drop some documents for someone, am not really good with Ikeja routes but I think the place is close to Opebi/Allen Avenue.

So immediately I dropped it, I wasn't driving so it has to be public transport but I wasn't really getting the easiest way to get out basically because I merely took a cab down and I was on nairaland and bbm till the driver said 'oga we are there'

So there was no sight of cab there so I asked a dude how do I get to Allen roundabout he murmured 'take napep' so I waved a napep, hopped in and voila Nairaland.com on my phone to checkup what's on frontage, then this dude also got in the next bus stop I wouldn't have noticed him, if not for the strong scent of 'tom ford' that filled the napep.

so I looked up and saw the light skinned well dressed dude, immediately I just continued my nairaland amebo. Then I just heard, oh cute guy you are a nairalander? Normally I was supposed to smile and respond but what's the 'cute guy' remark? From a guy for

I just smiled with this very stern look and he continued 'Do you know saraki is a stupid man, he still went ahead to get new cars' I just nodded and continued, then he said his nairaland moniker I wasn't even paying attention In my mind i was just like 'oga leave me alone juur'

Then he continued, you know that Olusegun Dada that guy is a lazy guy I don't know why he went to the club to meetup with Deji, then I turned to him I was like which olusegun Dada, he was like it's on frontpage. Normally I won't have replied him all through our journey but because of the Segun he mentioned.

Segun was a good friend years back in festac, I remember we both had a issue years back and we also choosed a venue to meetup and fight but none of us followed up and we got more matured and planned on meetup for pepper soup and Odeku. I don't take Alcohol so I guess mine is Pepper soup and Iced tea.

Then off to twitter to followup the main story and had to discuss at length with the dude that Segun will never lie or run away if it's a one on one fight, even if you are goliath.

We were all in the twitter activism those days I remember I was among the first set of group for 'bringbackOurgirlsProtest' with Seun kuti where we disrupted Governor Fashola's May Day At Onikan with protest and chants and next morning I was on punch newspaper frontpage side by side with Seun kuti and other fearless youths and I remember I got a call from my Dad pleading that I should be careful because he could see my picture on punch newspaper.

I just smiled and said Dad nothing will happen I will be fine, I guess I explained everything and how Segun Dada was also part of the struggle but he didn't showup for the protest guess he wasn't in lagos, just trying to get this guy in the mood that Segun was once an ex union leader so you should know he is never supposed to be scared to speak his mind.

I guess my discussion with this dude has gotten him so much in the mood that he believed we are now cool, then the next thing was ' my name is 'Emeka'. (Real Name) and he stretched his hand forth for handshake and I responded with my name, immediately those silly Ikeja police crossed our Napep and came down to our Napep, In my mind I was like what's this? Then the police guy asked me 'who are you' I was like 'am a guy' he was angry with my response and said do you think am joking and I was like 'do I look like a comedian' he got really mad and was shouting I was just looking at him then Emeka the son of Pharoah disrupted the lovely discussion with 'Oga sorry na my wife'

Let me say I didn't actually understand his earlier comment until the police who was already mad with me shouted, ehn ehn so una be gay?

I just looked at Emeka with this 'if I can get a gun now you are dead eyes' and I said 'he be like e no want better for your generation' with a very cold face. Then he said no worry them be my people them go leave us, and lo and behold the leader of the team waved that they should leave after Emeka settled him with some money.

They left and I was still looking at the idiot and remembering the 'na my wife' then I thought it's ended until this idiot started toasting me inside Napep O! Then I heard, you are a very cute looking tall guy, I will take care of you bla bla bla 'in my mind I was like how do you detect someone that has been sitting height'

He continued and I just kept quiet because someone who could settle a police team van even after he clearly stated am GAY can do anything in this area, he continued all his toasting skills and even promised to pay me 150k monthly salary that was when I finally had my voice and I responded 'Do I look hungry to you'??

Then he just asked the Napep man to stop he wants to get down, and immediately he did a G-WAGON stopped and he got in and sped off, I was just dazed, then the idiot Napep man that was just driving like snail all in the name of am looking for passenger just said 'Oga u for just gree for am na, and you go dey chop hin money' I just said Oya drop me lol before you go carry me go meet ritualist again.

Mhen yesterday was so funny to me because I was just like, see GAY toasting skills O.

Can we just be allowed to start killing them already

N:B Emeka I guess you are a nairalander and you can see this, please come try this your skills for my area on the island kk! I dey wait.

This doesn't make sense at all. How can a man park his car somewhere, go to a bus stop and board a random Keke? It was not as if he was expecting you or something. Then he boarded the Keke and started asking you out? Everything about this sounds funny to me. If this actually happened, then I doubt the guy is gay, more like a ritualist.

There are a lot of places to meet guys in Lagos if one is into that kind of thing.

Since the guy told you his moniker, you could have dropped it so as to hear his side of the story because all we have is just what you are giving us and it might be a figment of imagination.

I was more or less a stranger in the area and I was asking for directions, probably that's their area of perpetuating there whatsoever crime. I think he is just a gay and probably there is no way he could ask me to come inside a car so I thought he believe getting close might help further! My thoughts though, but sincerely it really happened and I dnt think I have time to memorize a dudes nairaland handle for no reason!!
