if u ar still on lollipop I don't know any method in which u can acess, switch to android 6.0 it has been fixed

Good day all. Please I need help on this. my infinix hot phone is not recognized as a media device by my laptop.
Once I plug the phone to the laptop, it will immediately start charging. I have tried another cable and also enabled USB debugging but its still not working.
Someone with an idea on this should please help.

Bro I think you should get a better cable. From my experience it's the cable.

The one you changed to might not be okay as well.

Maybe you should downgrade it back to 5.1 lollipop. I guess the new version is not very compatible with your device.

pls, i see everyone mentioning *magazine lock screen* *notification and sound* on infinix hot note but i cant see anything like that on mine. can anyone help me out on how i can see it?
secondly my phone always enter this screen wall paper display while in use and i will be unable to access any burton. how do i stop that?
