I'm not talking about the number of time an email can be added and removed from PayPal accounts. I'm talking about PayPal account limit of emails that it can allow to receive.

Ask hisenjos as he was shocked when he experienced thar also. I pray you'll be able use a paypal account for a very long time if not banned to be able to experience such for confirmation.

It is not a matter of bragging, I was the one that used that method to the fullest when people never believed it is working.

you have two option, either you change your paypal email or you change your upwork email. both are easy and possible.
