Guys pls I need your help, my infinix hot X507 is dead, I downloaded the lollipop stock rom from xclub, [infinix website) and I was flashing it with special flash tools when the process was interrupted, the phone went dead instantly, won't turn on and pc won't recognize it. I retried it several times and now the phone will turn on, show a blank screen, wait for some seconds, go off, turn on again, wait for some seconds, then go off again, it keeps repeating the process, when I try to flash it with special flash tools it says one of the USB devices attached to this computer is not recognized, one would think it's the USB device but it's not because I tried to flash another infinix hot X507 and it worked fine, but this dead infinix one won't flash. Pls guys i need ur help. Thanks in advance.

firstly remove your phone ba3 and insert it bk....on ur spflash tool, goto format and try n format ur fone first. ..after that... flash ur new rom...simple#

It didn't work Bro, the pc is not detecting the phone. It's saying USB device not recognized.

remove your battery, run your sp flash tool as administrator, load the files clik on firmware upgrade, connect the USB, den connect your fone without battery, t shuld wrk

Thanks Bro it worked but it's stuck at download flash, the time on sp flash tool keep counting but it's just stuck at 0%. It first of all loads a red line, then a purple line, but it doesn't load the last line which is the yellow line, it's just there at 0%. What can I do pls

I see some people have already giving u cool advice.... But take this from me....
1.Get a good USB cord
2.Make sure mtk VCOM drivers is installed on ur system
3.Get a working infinix of that model
4.Plug it into ur system just to install the drivers correctly
5.Check the folder where ur rom is make sure the system file is there
6.run sp flash tool as admin
7.locate the rom
8.choose format and download
9.click download
10. Remove the battery from the phone and plug it in
NB: plug ur phone at stage 10
11.Thank me laterlater.. If u don't have the driverdriver, contact me... Which O. S are u using?

yu changed that option to firmware upgrade

he has done all this, i tld him to do dat buh the issue there is dat he is stuck at the download flash option

maybe ur charging port is faulty or goto for d best solutn
