when its off press vol up (the button for increasing volume)
then press power button, hold both of them together till ur phone comes on
it will take u to ur recovery, from there, scroll down (with vol down)to wipe/factory reset then click on it by pressing vol up then wipe the phone

click on reboot system now

n.b u will lose everything u have on the phone

Guys I tried updating my infinix hot note from kitkat to lollipop using computer system-sp flash tools. During the flashing process,about 30%,power supply was cut off. Now my phone doesn't power up at all,and when I try flashing the stock rom or .img files using same sp flash tools,windows doesn't detect my device via usb. I've tried different computer systems,same thing. And I can't go to infinix office anytime soon. Long story. Pls I really need ur help. Thanks!

I have repeatedly told him to delete everything and quit invading my files but he has refused for reasons best known to him. Please how do I deactivate that phone or clear the memory or something. He keeps bugging me and my contacts.

Ever since since, the touch sensitivity of the phone has stopped, I can not swipe to receive or make calls, access my messages or even switch it off.

Since this phone is no longer detecting in any pc. I am afraid you have to send it to Carl care. Or open the phone and join kcolo point to GND .

pls house my BBC curve4 fell inside a bucket of water (the water was not much,just little) it took me a while before I realised as I was busy doing other things. I panicked (as the phone is not up to a month) removed the battery,sim and t-card cleaned the phone ( without dismantling it) placed the battery back and the usual red light oned and the phone started booting but not up to 30 seconds the phone went off. (the battery was low before the incident) and I thought it was due to this...... Later this evening I tried charging the phone and the red light won't even come on.....pls what could be the problem and how can it be solved?
