JUST TO CREATE MORE TRAFFIC ON GRACELAND.let's share our experience on who is overprotective among our parents,I will start by sharing mine.
Overprotective is having a tendency to protect someone EXCESSIVELY.
My mum,she's just too overprotective,as if am the only son,neither am i the last of the family,I mean,a grown up guy who already have the capacity to carry out some stuffs on his own even financially,though not at full length being treated like a kid,it got to a stage I told her husband"Dad,please kindly tell mum to stop all this,it's embarrassing"lol,well am not the only one though,her action extend to all her sons and daughters,those who already have their own family for that matter,if i sustain an injury during the course of work,Arrrghh,she will be shivering and most of the time she loose focus,all her focus will be on that injury till it heal,it's funny watching her drama,so i only go home when i feel like,only dad know my whereabout because i work for him,I might be in Lokoja and told her am in Ondo,because she will be so worried if I told her the truth that I won't be in town for some days,when I reach home tomorrow am considering to ask her jokingly that:Mum,did you suffer from childlessness in your first life?lol,funny right?well,the hard truth is SHE'S THE BEST MUM IN THIS PLANET EARTH,I so much love mum.
