This FortuneVAL...... So the guy no get address wey im use register bvn? It's not so hard to nail him is it? If everybody lives in fear of being scammed....we would have obviously imprisoned ourselves. |
Re: My Unfortunate Dealing With the fraudulent FortuneVal by onatisi(m): 11:22am On Mar 04, 2016 |
Dexmars:So he will just take the bvn to the bank and they will hand over his information to him abi? Cant you see that fortuneval has no case here?he transferred 1 million naira to "virtual" person he meant online. No receipt was even given to him by the accused to indicate receipt of the money or what it was for. This case is more less like someone transferring money to a wrong account number |
Re: My Unfortunate Dealing With the fraudulent FortuneVal by NanaF: 11:32am On Mar 04, 2016 |
onatisi: That's a lie. Please stop giving scammers confidence. I'm sure Fortune Val is reading this thread. OP get the authorities involved. Like I said, you'll spend money but at least your 1.07M wont just "go" like that 5 Likes |
Re: My Unfortunate Dealing With the fraudulent FortuneVal by onatisi(m): 12:02pm On Mar 04, 2016 |
NanaF:So what will he tell the police? That he sent 1 million naira to someone he hasn't seen before and for a car he never saw? Where is the receipt? All what I am saying is that ppl should stop taking dumb risks and mistakes like this with the hope that someone will clean up the mess .there are car marts all over ,if you want to buy a car go to one ,if you want to pay any deposit for anything common sense states that you should collect a receipt from such a person or company. |
Re: My Unfortunate Dealing With the fraudulent FortuneVal by NanaF: 12:11pm On Mar 04, 2016 |
onatisi: Our authorities are aware of cyber crime. I don't really know how they work but I'm sure there's an appropriate dept or office to handle complaints like this. He has a teller / transfer receipt showing the account details Of the scammer. He can print the ad he saw online, through which he initiated the transaction. It's not a dead end. When Naija Police wants to work, they know how to. 2 Likes |

Surprisingly, people are here arguing over nothing, the OP did not transfer the money to a ghost. He transferred to a human being. DSS did not wait for receipt to invite those that Dasuki sent money to. The transfer receipt is there as evidence, teller if cash paid into an account is also there. Bank has the record. What are we talking about? Receipt comes as the only evidence when a cash payment to an individual is involved; not having receipt means that the goods have not been delivered. OP, get your bank and police involved, they will help you track him down. 3 Likes |

onatisi: SCAMMERS UNION fighting back. Come and see an arrogant display of ignorance. So if I pay money into your account you still expect me to collect receipt before it is provable. Sometimes, it is saner to keep quiet when issues beyond your intelligence are being discussed. Shikena! 3 Likes |

the money hasn't gone anywhere.. Even if he doesn't have e-integrity to come out and explain except he is dead or better still cut of his thumbs because he already used it for thumb print for his BVN so long as he lives you will get him. thank God for BVN all accounts with same finger prints can be traced that's incase he will want to abandon the account you used. If you av a friend or know anybody in any branch of the bank you paid the money for him, just explain everything to him or her quietly get his details and sneak up on him with law enforcement agents. he since he has a phone no and account no. and you have ur teller intact the EFCC and the DSS I'm sure will be willing to help u out. Your Deposit slip is your evidence.. your friend in Lagos is a witness..., this tread and his are also your evidence. thank God u no give am the money for hand. 1 Like |

@OP, I am disappointed in you. Honestly, like others have said, you sold yourself out to the fraudulent FortuneVal or DoctorVal whatever he is called This should be an eye opener for others who are about towing the gullible path of OP. Please and please never send money to any car dealer or through a proxy without PHYSICAL INSPECTION AND PROPER CHECKING OF THE PAPERS BEFORE PAYMENT. Such that after payment you take possession of it immediately. Also, those patronizing Coutonou car dealers on Nairaland, please be very very careful. Its unfortunate what has happened to OP but I will advise you report the matter to a police station to get the theif and fraudster arrested to recover your money. *spits on all fraudster car dealers on Nairaland... Your days are numbered. 2 Likes |

anichizara: Lols ...an american will forever tell you they don't belief in miracles ...they have to see to belief it . Africans are gullible due to poverty and lack of awareness ...we believe in things easily and this also applies to physical aspect and general issues . Do not deal with any nigerian including your parent without physical evidence or contact.no absential deal. Learn and grow up. All I can say is ,if you have a good friend in any bank you transfer the money to .they will flag his account .give his details and help you track him with the help of police aswell but you will have to spend to mobilize them .you've just been duped .it's nothing new. |
