I don't really know what people's problem are, someone is trying to help out here by posting a vacancy. There is no crime in trying something and that is why majority of us are lagging behind in some certain aspect of our life. You can either decide to apply or not to, the Op wasn't forcing anybody and after applying and you get an invite, you can decide to honour it or not. Criticizing the Op wasn't worth it.
