Regardless of the general cut off. The cut off for ui is always 200. So your chances are close to non

Someone said something like, it is based on post ume (I.e just get above 200 in jamb and post ume is the most important)

But you said jamb scores matters. What is the formula please?

you just quoted an old thread.
Things have now changed. Just your 200 UTME score only qualifies you to write their postutme.
Admission in ui is only determined based on your post utme score

Jamb change of institution is out. Change to other schools that accept 180.
