i don't know if anyone wrote jamb here on d 1st at mikon computer institute. jamb just killed my career, they just fustrate my life. After burning midnight candle since march last year, after sleeping for 3 to 4 hours a day, after skiping so many important things, all in d name of "i wanna be a doc" still yet, this how they reward us. i weep for d future of Nigeria. so after i don finish my textbook finish ,excpecially bio, and chem, after i don carry bext bio nd chem student for my lect for 3 good months, jamb just choose to punish me like this. And the funniest thing was that, the girl i taught inside d hall got 258 and me got 213.. chia!!! am doomed. so had it been i learn barbing, i for don be boss by now.. the most painfull was that, phy that i wasn't serious for was d highest, and bio was the lowest. when i was writing my exam, i was smiling, when i finished d exam, i even had 45 more min, i was dancing,when i got home I was jubilating, and now checked my result nd am crying..?. well shits happen. na 9ja we day

Even if they add 100 marks, u still can't compare nigeria education, here in south Africa there is nothing like jamb or any other exam, the only result u need to go to university is ur weac result.

Yesterday, They confirmed their new score has been sent to them and the 40 marks added by Jamb has reflected on their previous score.

One of my friend who scored 165 earlier and was feeling so Sad thinking he might be resitting for that of next year again has contacted me and informed me about his New Jamb score “205” and another who scored 210 now has 250.

I think this is a very wonderful move by the body.

I scored 252 and I'm still waiting for my additional mark or am I being stingy...

Yeeeh, Abu don kill me o......even after adding 40 marks, Abu score still no reach 100, dis boy will have to go n learn panel beating.

Nope! I think JAMB did the right thing. They must have realized that they did something grevious as to affect the scores of candidates and had to make amends. The 40 marks will not be added to subsequent exams results. Remember the exams have not been completed. Kudos! Justice delayed is justice denied.

My daughter wrote on Monday 29, Feb. and scored 190. Till this morning April 4th, nothing has been added to her scores as assumed in some quarters around the country.

I hope it will given her eventually.

It is not about the standard of our education, it is about the JAMB trying to get ahead of itself these days thereby creating rooms for this kind of silly error. Why is JAMB always in a hurry to conduct exam and release results when there won't be admission until September/October?

well said, but its just pathetic. If it really turned out d way u pointed out (JAMB), then JAMB is no longer credible & should cease to be the yardstick for assessing students who propose to attend higher institution.
