I don't think there is a general group because the member limit can't contain as many people as possible. But there are departmental groups.

Yeah,it does but not always. But merit admission is done irrespective of catchment area.

To the best of my knowledge I think they will, because the utme requirements are English and any other 3 arts or social science subjects.
